RJ Landoy & Associates, Inc. is a 100 percent Filipino-owned corporation organized to engage in general construction and engineering consultancy services.
The company was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in June 1986. It is duly licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board to engage in the construction contracting business with principal classification of “General Building” and with Category “A”.
RJ Landoy & Associates, Inc. is primarily basedin Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It also operates in the Visayas and Mindanao Regions, with a central office in Leganes, Iloilo to provide full logistical and technical support to projects in these regions.
The company is composed of highly competent and experienced engineers and
architects versed in the latest advances and developments in the construction industry. With over 30 years of industry experience, RJ Landoy & Associates, Inc. has undertaken the design, development and construction of various projects locally and internationally.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
RJ Landoy & Associates, Inc. has undertaken design, development and construction of various projects in the country and abroad.
The company has worked on projects in countries like Colombia and the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. The core staff of the company have also gained experience from assisting private companies and international agencies like the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the
United Nations and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the planning and implementation of
projects in countries such as Hongkong, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, India, Nicaragua, Iran
and Indonesia.
PIONEERING TECHNOLOGY
The first construction firm to install Seismic Isolation Bearings in the Philippines.
In 2005, for the first time in Philippine history, a building fitted with “Seismic Isolation Bearings”
was built in Pasay City, designed and constructed by RJ Landoy & Associates, Inc.
This pioneering technology was further applied by the company in two other structures that were completed in 2007 in Bolinao, Pangasinan.
Scope of Services
RJL offers a broad range of services in project concept development, planning, detailed engineering designs andproject management.
The company also undertakes construction of residential and office buildings, medium rise
commercial and industrial establishments, roads, bridges and irrigation projects, as well as specialized projects related to the aquaculture industry, involving the construction and design of fishponds, shrimp ponds, shrimp & finfish hatchery facilities, water reservoirs, supply and drainage canals, water control gates and shoreline protection structures.
